This training is for family resources of Valoris who work with children and youth.

In a time of the COVID-19 pandemic, further demonstrating social inequalities already present in Children Aid Societies in view of the disproportionalities and disparities for Indigenous and Black children, youth and families, it is more important than ever to speak and learn about Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity.

The issues of First Nations, Inuit and Métis, Black identity, but also LGBTQ identity and socio-economic difficulties, such as integration into society, are addressed in relation to foster homes. Your participation is of indisputable value, for you and all the children and adolescents under your care.
