Values Based Recruitment has been well established in the UK as a way to recruit and retain the right people for your organization. Helen Sanderson Associates and Well-Being Teams have worked with Jackie Le Fèvre (Licensed Values Specialist and Practitioner) for over 2 years to understand and implement a values-based approach to recruitment. H S A Canada is excited to offer this country wide as we believe it will change the face of human service recruitment strategies leading to reduction in staff turnover, staffing crises and an improvement in employee and organizational satisfaction.
